Built for battle, Gladiator Cornhole Gear designed the Battle Bag to last…But like all things there is a lifecycle to every product. Sadly, nothing lasts forever. So, when your bag wears out as all things do, you’ll know you’ve gotten the most out of your gear. Warranty extends to the original owner (must show proof of purchase) against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, except for certain exclusions identified below.
If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only unaltered and unmodified items and original workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

If your bag is not repairable, we will notify you via email and will send a new Battle Bag.
All shipping to us must be pre-paid and insured by customer. Gladiator Cornhole Gear will not be liable for lost in-bound packages. Products repaired or replaced under warranty will be shipped back to you free of charge. Please note that warranty turnaround time could take up to 4 weeks, but may vary. Our policy requires that products accepted for repair be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does Lifetime Mean?
The term lifetime refers to the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this doesn’t mean your lifetime or ours, but the lifetime of the components, fabrics and materials. While we do use the very best materials available to make the Battle Bag, all materials degrade over time with use and exposure to the elements and a product’s lifetime is a function of how much use it gets and how well it is cared for…not by how old it is.
What Does Material, Component, And Workmanship Defect Mean?
Defects in materials, components, or workmanship are covered for the lifetime of the product. Materials and components refer to zippers, buckles and fabrics, etc. Workmanship refers to seams and construction. Damage due to normal wear and tear such as rips, tears, abrasion or UV degradation, misuse or neglect is not covered under our warranty policy. All fabrics are subject to fading, tearing or pilling with extended use. These are not defects.
What Is Specifically Covered?
The Strength & Honor Guarantee covers products that legitimately fail due to a manufacture defect. The product eligible for the lifetime warranty are covered to the original owner, for the lifetime of the product, Unfortunately all products will eventually wear out—fabrics will deteriorate, and colors will fade. Please use your judgment when assessing whether your product is likely to be covered under the warranty policy—it may simply be time to replace it.
What Is Not Covered?
Consequently, we will cover your product against defect and malfunction until such a time that it has been used and worn out beyond reasonable repair. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. “Normal wear and tear” generally mean the wear and tear caused by the expected use of the bag over an extended period of time. There are a few factors that determine the end of “product life”, including the following:
· Fabric—if the fabric is discolored, degraded, de-laminated or deteriorated, we may determine this to be end of “product life”’
· If a major component fails due to extended use(such as a handle, wheel or zipper) we may deem the product to have met its full life cycle.
Gladiator Cornhole Gear is designed to carry your cornhole gear, but we are not responsible for any damage to, or loss of, the contents of your bag. This warranty is limited to the Battle Bag and not its contents.
